BabyHuys delivers only excellent quality products.
If for whatever reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please keep the following in mind:
All our products come directly from the manufacturer or official distributor for the Dutch market which means that:
- The product complies with the Dutch safety regulations.
- Service of products is done according to the guidelines of the manufacturer with the original components.
- All products have official Dutch warranty.
BabyHuys warrants all of its products in terms of manufacturing defects in material or workmanship.
The warranty period is determined by the manufacturer. If an item is defective please return it to the store and BabyHuys will, if possible and necessary, replace or repair the item or its components. This warranty extends to repaired and replacement products and components only through the end of the original limited warranty period. The shipping charges to foreign destinations will be calculated based on the price of the product. Please make sure you send us/bring a copy of the receipt; the warranty is only valid with this information.
Changes, cancellations or sending an order back.
BabyHuys wants you to be completely satisfied with your order. We therefore offer you the possibility to change your delivery or send it back to us. If we have not received the payment 7 days after the order is placed we are forced to cancel your order.
How to change or cancel an order.
If you decide to change or cancel an order please send us an email. If the order is already sent it can no longer be cancelled. We will inform you about this as soon as possible. All items can be exchanged or send back within 7 days after they are received. If you want to replace an article for another item on our website you can send it back according to our guidelines and place a new order. The amount of the returned items will be deposited into your bank account within 10 working days after we have received the items. Special offers cannot be cancelled, nor returned.
No extra sadness
If your pregnancy should unexpectedly end in a sad way, BabyHuys will take all unused articles back for the retail price and will stop sending you information.
The stock indication, which can be seen under the picture, is as the word suggests an indication. We try to keep it as up-to-date as possible. Nevertheless, small differences cannot be avoided 100% of the time and therefore BabyHuys cannot be hold responsible should this occur.
How to return an article.
Step 1. Send an email with the details of the product, the purchase date, the date the product was delivered and the reason why it is being returned.
Step 2. If possible, send the item in its original packing, add the original invoice and send it to:

Step 3. The way of sending the product is your choice. We advise you to insure the package in case it gets damaged or lost along the way. You will need to pay for the shipping charges yourself, unless the products are being send back due to a mistake on our part.
You can also choose to return the item to the store yourself.
Last but not least
By placing an order you agree to accept all our terms and conditions. If you have any questions you can contact us by clicking on 'contact'. We will do anything in our power to answer your questions as quickly as possible and if desired we will contact you by phone. Prices and offers are valid as long as they are mentioned on the website. We strive to display all the information as accurately as possible, however, incidental mistakes in descriptions and/or prices cannot completely be avoided. If a mistake should occur in the description and/or prices of the article you have ordered we will always contact you and enable you to cancel your order for free or give you the option to replace it with another article.
Price and misprint errors.
If any such mistakes should occur we maintain the right to cancel an order. The buyer has the same right in such a circumstance.
Less than 30kg
All items that weigh less than 30 kilograms will be send using DPD. This service is specialised in delivering packages. They generally only take one day to deliver the purchased goods. This means that if you order before 11am and the product is in stock, you will receive your order the next day! The delivery costs are €5,95 if your order is less than €50,-. If your order exceeds this amount we will deliver it to you for free!
Please note that if you return an item you will need to pay the shipping costs yourself. You could also return the product to the store yourself. The shipping costs will be refunded if they are returned because of a mistake on our part.
Complete baby rooms.
Different conditions apply to baby rooms. These rooms will either be delivered by us or by our transport partner Brinks Transport from Rijssen. The price of a baby room delivery is normally €75,-. This is because the price is so sharp that it is not possible to deliver it for free.
If you would like to order for example just a cot or a closet and not a whole room we can imagine that you might find €75,- a bit too much. Therefore we have decided to charge only €40,- for the delivery of a single piece of furniture.
While ordering a product you can choose to which country you would like to ship your delivery. Baby rooms can only be delivered within the Netherlands and to Belgium and Germany.
